How to request data deletion
- Send an email to antony.vernazza.live.co.uk@live.co.uk with the subject Data deletion request, or contact @antonyvernazza on Instagram.
- Identify the account or conversation involved and explain which information you wish to have deleted. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
- We will review the request and inform you what data under our control can be deleted, subject to any legal or operational requirements.
What data could be involved?
Depending on which integrations are enabled, data may include incoming message text, media descriptions, contact information, short conversation history, memory summaries and relevant processing records.
What is outside our direct control?
Data held independently by Meta, email providers, hosting providers and other third parties may be subject to those providers’ separate policies and deletion mechanisms. You may need to contact them directly.
